Everything I have ever learned or that has been even the slightest worthwhile in my life has come from two places...having a vision and, whoops~in some cases, not. When you get in touch with what you want and really picture it happening, all those mini steps in between vision and reality become easier. And, also it means breaking out the glitter, glue and stickers. Need I say more?

Why did I a choose to create a vision board for portion of this workshop?
Cuz seeing is believing and all that jazz :-)
Everything I have ever learned or that has been even the slightest worthwhile in my life has come from two places...having a vision and, whoops~in some cases, not. When you get in touch with what you want and really picture it happening, all those mini steps in between vision and reality become easier. And, also it means breaking out the glitter, glue and stickers. Need I say more?

Fun interactive artistic activities that promote creativity and
involve brain storming can help children succeed in the classroom.
Ways that artistic exercises can help a child succeed in the classroom...
1. Reduce the stress factor in their lives. Provide a quite area where they can go to decompress from the school day. Have art materials and household items in a workspace away from the TV and noise from siblings so your child can relax and enjoy creating art.
2. Balance academics by introducing a "right brain" an extra curricular activity. Allow children to exercise their right brain after a day of left brain school academics. Right brain activity is stimulated by new events or activities, working with different colors, shapes, sizes as well as listening to music.
3. Develop and nurture creativity~Art is just one of many creative activities that can improve cognitive development, strengthen communication and expressive skills. Boost reasoning and organization skills.
4. Allow children to make mistakes~children often fear ridicule from their peers if they make a mistake. The same fears unfortunately inhibits creativity and creative problem solving. "Allowing your child to experiment with art also allows them to take a risk and experience the creative process." A skill that will serve them well during their academic process.

Classes allow toddlers and parents to interact with each other, while having a messy fun time creating a masterpiece. A sample of some of our projects for this toddler art class includes: cooking up play dough, large scale painting, and creating collages.

These super fun creative classes are wonderful experiences children. Lots of hands on fun: kids mush and mix colors, squish and smear, explore and create. Messy art, music and movement.

Come and enjoy a class of juice while exploring our studio and all it has to offer.
All 4 wk sessions begin on the first of each month.

Juiced on Imagination provides process oriented art enrichment programs. We work with a wide variety of non-toxic materials, the majority of which will wash out readily. However, since art exploration is a messy business we ask that you send your child dressed in art making attire as a successful day is usually a messy day!
Studio Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, artist will receive credit towards a future class, workshop or camp.
